Responsibilities:

• Raking materials to achieve proper grade and swales.
• Rake and to smooth joints, gutters, and connections in order for asphalt mixtures to properly adhere to the old surface.
• To rake asphalt lines and joints from machines/compacter to properly smooth and make grade level
• Smoothing the surface where the machine is not accessible.
• Raking other material such as gravel, crushed rock, etc. 

Skills and Attributes:

• One year experience in raking
• Should have great communication skills in English.
• Must live within commutable distance.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Must be physically fit 

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent 

Salary:

• $20 to $40 depending on experience
